We need Sales Advisors who can explain and emphasize the important features to the potential customer. After understanding these products with the help and direction of KSAs, consumers can place order of these products directly to KSAs.
ELIGIBILTY FOR BEING A KSA:
- Architect or Interior Decorator
- MLM (Multi-Level Marketing), Freelancers, Technician or Sales Staff
- LIC/Insurance Agents or Housewives
EXPECTED INCOME OF KSA:
If a KSA works part-time and contacts 15 customers in a month he will certainly get orders from 5 customers and would generate sales of Rs. 1,00,000/- per month and thus would be able to earn Rs. 10,000/- per month.
However, if somebody works full time only for KENT’s products via this scheme, he would be able to generate sales of Rs. 5,00,000/- per month and thus would be able to earn Rs. 50,000/- per month.

HOW WOULD KENT SALES ADVISORS (KSA) WORK?
- KSA will sell KENT products based on his personal contacts. KSA will approach prospective customers and convince them to use KENT’s products namely Water Purifiers, Fans, Softeners as well as other Appliances.
- We will enroll such KSAs who have contacts with prospective customers and can do business for a minimum of Rs. 25,000/- per month on a regular basis.
- KENT will train KSAs on the features of KENT’s products and will also provide a mobile application wherein KENT products' technical details will be listed with presentations and videos.
- KSA will convince the customers to buy KENT’s products. KSA can thereafter place order online via a web portal. The order can be placed at KENT’s recommended price. However, if some discount is given by the KSA, then the same will be debited from the commission of KSA.
- Once the order is placed, online payment link will be sent to customer’s mobile who will make the payment directly to KENT.
- KENT will confirm the receipt of the payment and order to KSA and the customer.
- KENT will ship the products by courier and the same shall be delivered within 24 to 48 hours to the customer directly. Tracking details will be shared with KSA & customer.
- A 10% commission on the basic order value would be credited to the KSA’s account (However, if discount is given, it will be deducted from the commission).
- KSA can view his orders, payments, tracking details, invoice details, commission as well as pay-out of commission on the web portal.
- KSA’s commission would be paid once a month. TDS shall be deducted as per prevailing rates.
