How does Kent add minerals? From where it gets minerals? Is this adding “unpurified water into it”?
KENT SERVICES HAVE BEEN DETERIORATED . AFTER 2017 KENT HAS BEEN NOT AWARDED. I HAVE PURCHASED KENT WATER PURIFIER, BUT ON REPLACEMENT OF PUMP, DUE TO INFERIOR QUALITY OF PUMP, IT IS TAKING THREE TIMES MORE THAN THE OLD REPLACED PUMP. THEY HAVE NO FAITH IN THEIR PUMP, SO THEY ARE GIVING GUARANTEE / WARRANTED FOR THREE MONTHS ONLY !! THEY ARE GIVING SERVICE CONTRACTS TO LOCAL FRANCHISE, WHO ARE NOT BOTHER FOR GOOD SERVICES. AFTER ACKNOWLEDGING OF COMPLAINT, 50 DAYS PASSED. TILL COMPLAINT IS PENDING.

minerals are not retained. Purifier use mineral cartridge is use to add minerals. The quality & quantity of these minerals are again doubtful
