I like raw russet potato, peeled and sliced thin, sprinkle some salt. Very tasty snack for me.
Tastes good to me and never had bloating from it.
I like broccoli, cauliflower raw dip into ranch dressing. Also, I will put raw cabbage into my cole slaw. Never had any issues.
Sometimes I will have sliced raw button mushrooms on my salad. No issues.
Now caffeine and chocolate are another story. Caffeine and chocolate cause me massive migraine headaches.
