I have purchased a Kent Zoom Plus Vacuum Cleaner and the product is out of warranty as on date. For the last six month the appliance is under breakdown and undersigned has raised a number of service requests on Kent service app and had long interaction with the Kent authorised service representative of Nagpur as directed by the service portal. Initially service was not undertaken by Kent authorised service representative citing that spares are not available. After repeated follow up the product has been taken by the authorised service representative on 30 th April and they informed that the appliance needs replacement of battery pack which has been agreed by me.
As informed by the Kent authorised service representative service is not being undertaken by them till date due to non supply of battery pack due to non availability of same at Kent and has shown their inability to do the service. It is ironical that Kent is still selling the Kent Zoom Plus Vacuum Cleaner and presumably manufacturing it then how come the battery pack is not available for repair. How a consumer like me get assured that if I buy a Kent product the company will provide service support throughout the life of product or it is a one time affair for company. The appliance is non functional for last 6 month for want of service support which raises a great concern regarding post sales service support by company like Kent and will definitely affect goodwill of company if comes in to knowledge of customers.
I hope that top management of company will take stock of the situation and resolve my issues and will not compel me to raise it on public plateform.
sub : Request for Product Replacement Due to Repeated Design Failure
i purchased this product recently and have already replaced the blade three times. Unfortunately, after just a single use each time, the top-notch gear wears out immediately, making the product unusable.
I am extremely disappointed with the product’s performance. Given that the same issue has occurred repeatedly, I believe this is a design or manufacturing defect rather than normal wear and tear.
I kindly request that you replace this product with a better-quality alternative or provide an appropriate resolution. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, as the product has not met reasonable performance expectations.
